LINKED POWERHOUSE

Linked Powerhouse is the name we have given to our micro-grid power station and sustainable energy complex here in Paget, Mackay, north Queensland.

Launched in October 2018 by Federal Member George Christensen MP, the Powerhouse consists of a 2-storey office, showroom, warehouse, manufacturing complex and storage shed all powered by building-mounted solar panels, a Solar Carport, 200kWh of Tesla PowerPack and a backup of C60 Microturbine that runs on LPG.

Linked Powerhouse was awarded the prestigious Electricians Australia Excellence Awards: 'NATIONAL WINNER 2018 - Energy Efficiency Project Of The Year'.

We are one of the early adopters of a fully off-grid manufacturing system utilising a Tesla solar battery here in Australia. The whole idea for undertaking such a bold move was to be a perfect example of what we advocate for.
